Wow! I’ve just realized that I’ve been doing this blog for exactly one month now. A bit of a milestone for me, though I know a lot of bloggers out there have been doing this sort of thing for many years. I’m still a babe in the woods here, OK?

So what have I learned from all of this, so far? Well, quite a bit actually.

I found out that it’s cool to check out other blogs on the internet and see what other people are doing or thinking about. I also found out that some of these people leave cool comments on my own blog as well. A few of my daily favorites are in the side bar.

I found out that there are a lot of cool plugins for WordPress to help keep me amused – or frustrated if I can’t get them to work properly. :-)

I found out some great tips and ideas on blogging from Christian at Hillside Meditations. I also found out,by reading said tips, that I probably write WAAAAAAYYYY too much stuff on here! Still, it’s in my head and it’s part of the confusing person that I am. Having said that though I’ll try and make an effort to write less content, but more often (well, daily at least)

I found out that there’s a whole world of blog-related stuff! One of my favorites at the moment being the hugely addictive BlogShares site!

I found out that it’s good for me to write – even if I don’t have that much to say. It’s great that I can express myself, especially when times have been a little tough as they have lately. It’s kinda like therapy, really. Of course that means that anyone reading and commenting on my blog are kinda like the therapists, I guess? :)

I found out that you can spend A LOT OF TIME reading blogs and writing entries!

I’ve also probably made a few mistakes along the way – but that’s life, I guess, and I don’t mind that at all. Anyhow mistakes are there to learn from.

So thank you to anyone who’s bothered to read or comment or bookmark this blog. I really appreciate it and I will endeavor to try and post interesting, informative, topical, cool and funny stuff as much as possible – albeit in shorter blocks perhaps?
